In Practice

Case studies provide practical examples of what 'good' looks like in practice. Here, you will find examples that are mapped onto the x25 indicators from the Business-Connected good practice framework.

Case studies are published in a consistent format, always describing the benefits for employers, as well as for the school and students. Contact details provide opportunity for follow-up discussions. The underlying ethos of the good practice framework, the professional networks and the case studies is a belief that the custodians of best practice are at the ‘sharp end’ of Education: Teaching staff.

Anyone can provide a case study - as long as it focuses on a genuine project involving a school or college (Primary through to Further Education).
